Who is your target audience?
Currently, most of our customers falls under the age of 25 to 45 because we are operating offline but as we are planning to lunch our app next month and planning to expand businesses all our India in the future I believe we should target more on younger generation from 18 to 35 because this is the age group who don’t phase any changes using smartphone and more open to adapting something new another costumer will be businesses, offices or bulk clients who can give big orders like AC fitting with yearly serving for whole office or buildings.
How you see your self different from others?
We try to provide fastest reliable and quality service to all our consumer but the biggest differentiator from others will be price we will give free services by providing 100% cashbacks and even if we charge it gonna be way less than from others and In the future, we plan to become an online electronic product retailer. We will keep our services free for our product buyers, but we will charge for other services, such as home cleaning, beauty, plumbing, and so on.
